NBS and The Mint of Mincovňa Kremnica
Throughout history, there have been many mint towns in Hungary, but one has surpassed them all, both in quality and quantity of production. The Kremnica Mint was founded in 1328 and since then has been minting coins that rank among the world's best. While other unprofitable mints were closed down, the Kremnica Mint is one of the oldest continuously producing enterprises in the world after seven centuries. The coins from its production feature mainly Slovak themes, but they will appeal not only to patriots.
