Platinum coins CM
Compared to other precious metals used in coin production, platinum is characterised by its higher hardness, density, and durability, as well as its low production volume. It is mined at only a fraction of the volume of gold and silver produced, so it is not surprising that it is not only rare but also valuable. Moreover, the platinum coins of the Czech Mint represent a unique artistic and technical achievement. To mint a motif in a proof finish into tough and unyielding metal is extremely difficult.
