That is why the talented medaillist Petra Kobrlová, DiS., has chosen hot air balloon as the dominant motif of the coin, whose theme is enjoying life. The so called envelope, the main bag-like part of the balloon which holds the hot air, is made up of a cut crystal stone on this coin. Complemented by the silver relief is a traditional Czech glass and is an essential feature of the product series Crystal Coin. The world famous Jablonec company Preciosa has taken extreme care in the processing of the crystal components.The reverse of the coin also bears another smaller aerostat, a directional compass rose in the background and an English text ONE DAY AT A TIME on the preiter. The obverse side of the coin belongs to the attributes of the the issuer, thus the island of Niue, which provides a license to mint coins for the Czech Mint, and bears the name and portrait of Queen Elizabeth II., the year of issue of the coin 2017 and the nominal value of 2 DOLLARS (NZD).
